Non-Dairy Products
Non-Dairy foods are indicated for people who are allergic to dairy products. Many individuals are allergic to lactose or "Milk Sugar” found in most dairy products. A common condition called “lactose Intolerance” is found in persons that lack an enzyme called “ lactase” which breaks down the lactose in our bodies. Lactose Intolerance causes gastric symptoms primarily.
